Robert Unusyan has been registered with the French Order of Lawyers of the Brussels Bar since 2016. After studying law at the Université Libre de Bruxelles, he worked for 8 years in several international business firms.

Robert has extensive experience in employment law. He has regularly assisted clients in individual and collective dismissals, social inspections, business transfers, drafting and negotiating employment contracts and management contracts, workplace accidents, discrimination and harassment cases, etc. He represents multinational companies as well as SMEs and individuals. He is a member of the Association of Jurists Practitioners of Employment Law.

Robert also has a particular interest in data protection law. He has contributed to several scientific works that explore the application of data protection rules in the context of employment relationships. He has assisted clients in disputes before the data protection authority.

Finally, Robert has expertise in civil liability law (professional liability, medical liability, traffic accidents, etc.) and in contract law in general.

He practices both consulting and litigation and regularly appears before Belgian courts.

Robert works in French and English and has a good knowledge of Dutch and Armenian.
