Lawyer Elie Chaya-Moghrabi is a member of the French-speaking Bar of Brussels.
In twenty years of activity on Belgian territory, he has had the opportunity to acquire considerable experience before all Belgian courts such as the Assize Court, the Council of State, the Criminal Court, the Labor Court , the Family Court, the Justice of the Peace.

At the same time, he acquired in-depth knowledge of the operating mechanisms of legal aid and is still a permanent member of the “Legal Aid Office” of the Council of the Order of the Francophonie in Brussels.
In addition to managing his own clients, he intervenes in practices that require in-depth analysis with particular reference to the chances of success before the Belgian courts.

He graduated in law from the “Université Libre de Bruxelles” (ULB) in 2000.
