Anthony Bochon has been a lawyer at the French Order of Lawyers of the Brussels Bar since 2011, the year he obtained his LL.M. from the University of Cambridge, after studying law in Belgium.

A business lawyer, his practice focuses on economic law, European law, intellectual property, data protection, regulation of new technologies, as well as corporate and insolvency law.

A lawyer seconded to an international conglomerate for several years and regularly appointed as a legal representative, he approaches the legal needs of clients with a holistic and strategic vision, from advisory activities to legal or arbitration proceedings. Anthony Bochon has solid experience in pleading before Belgian courts and tribunals, European jurisdictions and arbitration bodies.

Since 2022, Anthony Bochon has been an administrator of the GLAWBUS network of lawyers and consultants.

Anthony Bochon has also pursued an academic career since 2011 at the Université libre de Bruxelles where he is a doctoral researcher and assistant in economic law and European law. Since 2018, he has been working part-time on a doctoral thesis on the theory and principles of technological innovation law.

Author of numerous publications including “Research and technological development code” (Larcier, 2023), frequently invited as a speaker or session chair at conferences, Anthony Bochon is currently an expert with the “civil society” group of the European Economic and Social Committee as part of the preparation of an opinion on the protection of workers in the face of developments in artificial intelligence.

Passionate about the arts and in particular cinema, Anthony Bochon is also a volunteer administrator of several associations with a social and cultural vocation.
